    Family Planning Reimbursement ($1,500 per year):Assists employees with certain costs associated with family planning but not covered by health insurance.     Wellness Reimbursement ($250 per year):Reimbursement towards employee physical wellness (gym memberships, fitness equipment, fitness classes, adult sports; excludes apparel).

    Lifelong Learner Fellowship: Exceptional candidates are able to apply to receive funding to complete the Montessori training while employed at Lee with an employment commitment
